TIM BELLAN

Tim competed in men’s power tumbling for two time world champion Jon beck from 2001-2004. 

After leaving high school he went for something completely different and joined the University of Alabama’s dive team from 2004-2005. 

 

Upon returning home to Louisiana he decided to go back to the gymnastics world he missed so much, and began coaching trampoline and tumbling at Mandeville sports complex.

 In 2009 he  began coaching at North Shore Gymnastics. In 2016 He was offered the chance to coach the Hopes program at Elmwood. He was able to train with former U.S. national training staff at “make it right” in Las Vegas at the Salcianue Elite gym. 

 

Tim has  been the director at North Shore gymnastics, and at  BRAG  in northern Virginia. 

 

In his off time, Tim enjoys playing with his dogs Brock and Molotov. He also enjoys taking the boat on the Tchefuncte river to enjoy the beautiful Louisiana wildlife and occasionally tubing. 

 

Tim is passionate about working with young athletes, and helping them develop both physical strength as well as positive mental fortitude. Coaching gymnastics is his biggest passion. He delights in being able to learn more as the sport develops, as well as getting to create works of art though the unique sport of gymnastics. 

 He is excited about his opportunity to be a part of a truly exceptional gym at PAC!
