Our recreational classes will work on the proper technique for all 4 events:
Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor.
Classes are also working on flexibility and core strength.
*Girls will be grouped by skill level.
1 Hour 15 Minute Class
*Must be at least 6 years old.
